compiz, not enough mouse buttons?

Hi, im trying to map some buttons of the mouse (MX revolution) on compiz-fusion, but the drop down list only show option for 9 buttons, when my mouse has more than 10...
but for example the left wheel events shows in xev as buttons 13/15/17...

any ideas???
