I get this error whenever I try to run Pentoo-i686 on my amd-athlon-xp processor. I burned the pentoo-dvd and right after "Write protecting the kernel read-onl data: 3308k" I get the error.
also it writes "Kernel Offset: 0x0 from 0xc1000000 (relocation range: 0xc0000000-0xf7ffdfff)"
somehow this is completely uninformative. anybody knows more on that? any chance to change the boot-parameters to actually get any flavour of gentoo running? |

Moved to "unsupported software" since this is not Gentoo, but a derivative.
Have you contacted their support at their forum: http://forums.pentoo.ch/ ? _________________ Kind regards,
