I use -mfpmath=sse also on x86 arch, seems to work ok but after reading gentoo-wiki.com/Safe_Cflags seems that it could cause permormance problems because of glibc headers limitation, then, I would want to know more opinions

You should never set -mfpmath. It is better to let gcc figure that out by itself.
