| So I have a D-Link DWA642 PCMCIA which, from the link there, is an Atheros card. lspci detects it as an atheros card but I can't do anything with it. I've installed the drivers but not ath0 interface is created when I boot with the card in, or put the card in when the latop is booted. I've never played with PCMCIA so it's entirely possible that I've done something wrong, and Google isn't being helpful on the subject with most of the tutorials dating back to the 2.6.13 kernel. Help? |

Fixed, was a retard and used the wrong driver...lol.
As this chipset is the AR5008X chipset you must use the trunk drivers.
I like toast. |
