Is it possible to patch a kernel with two different patches because I am running gentoo on an xbox which requires a special kernel patch but then I want to patch it with an openmosix patch. Is this possible?
Thanks,

sure. do it in the ebuild, in a local overlay.
UNIPATCH_LIST="${FILESDIR}/novmsplice.patch"
specify as many as you want. i put it near SRC_UNPACK. put the patch in /usr/local/portage/sys-kernel/gentoo-sources/files, the ebuild in ..../sys-kernel/, digest and emerge. patch should be applied.
