Hello, i'm experiencing problems with libGl.so on my 2.6.23-gentoo-r6 x86_64 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 2800+.
when emerging media-libs/freeglut-2.4.0-r1... the output is always

Code:

/usr/lib64/libGL.so: could not read symbols: File in wrong format

However, i've already installed mesa including libGl.so without problems and the result of the freeglut remains the same...

I know there's another post with the same problem solved by reinstallation xfce4, but this can't help me according to my fluxbox.
Does anyone know what could fix this?
