because the germans wouldn't have had so many targets to develop their machine guns with. |

That's why asked if it would be counted in the war, since you all are part of the engineering effort, but it's not finalized yet.

most wars between France and Germany (afair 3 douzend) were started by France.... they ARE bad asses. Except in the 20th century. And the later half of the 19th. And some parts of the 18th. ...
