Emerge hosed on 3 Spark boxes. (Fixed)

I have had an issue arise from a emerge sync early in the week. Probably during the wee hours of either Sunday night or Monday night.

My emerge anything returns:

IndexError: list index out of range

This is showing up on all three sparc boxes I have running. Non of my X86 boxes are exhibiting this issue.

Any suggestions on what I can do to get the emerge working again?

Changed make.profile to the 2007 profile. :lol:
