|
|
Hi all!
I am trying to get amule (2.2.0_pre20080407) working on my ultra5, this is the error I get:
| Code: | The program 'amule' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadGC (invalid GC parameter)'.
(Details: serial 19191645 error_code 13 request_code 56 minor_code 0)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.) |
The wxGTK release is 2.8.7.1-r1. Profile is sparc64 2007.0
Any hint?
Thanks!

I have tried with the official aMule 2.1.3, compiled by myself but now I get another error:
| Code: | The program 'amule' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'RenderBadPicture (invalid Picture parameter)'.
(Details: serial 6804763 error_code 150 request_code 148 minor_code 7)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.

option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

I have found that another gentoo user has the same problem with other programs:

Any other suggestion?
Thanks! |
