Hello,
I've just tried to update my gentoo with emerge world --deep --update and get this error:

I tried these versions: 2.61:2.5 2.60:2.5 2.59:2.5 2.13:2.1
With a base name of '/usr/bin/autom4te'.

It was updating php.
I'm using autoconf version 2.62, and looks like it's not supported by autoconf-wrapper

I never had an issue with this. Maybe I have to wait for update of autoconf-wrapper?

| As a workaround, you could try installing 2.61 again for now (mask 2.62 in /etc/portage/package.mask so it doesn't upgrade it with "world"). |
