hi !

i tried to emerge git-1.5.3.7-r1, it failed with :

I searched the forum and google, but i haven't found anything.
perhaps you have some ideas.

btw: same probs with =git-1.5.1.6 and =1.5.4.5 (currently masked by ~x86)

UPDATE :

the background is using layman with more than one overlay(especially the sunrise overlay),
i read that emerging layman with the test useflag could help,
so i did that and it works.
But a emerge dev-util/git still results in the error described above
