|
|
Hello
I have just installed Fedora on my second harddisk (/dev/hdb). Gentoo Linux and grub resides on /dev/hda.
This is what my grub.conf looks like on /dev/hda:
Quote: |
...
root(hd1,0)
kernel /vmlinuz-26.23.1-42.fc8 ro root=/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 rhgb quit
initrd /initrd-2.6.23.1-42.fc8.img
|
Now grub doesnt find the kernel because it searches on /dev/hda for that kernel.... so it seams that root(hd1,0) doenst affect anything here...
Can anyone help me out? _________________ - Linux is sexy -
