it is two separate instances of dzen. the one on the left is run inside of xmonad.hs, and the one on the right is a separate script that I run in xinitrc. the left bar is customized in a PP in loghook.

New, bizarre xp-ish wallpaper (very hdr), new computer icon (my actual case, gimped). Metacity this time.

HD desktop 1600x1200
The same desktop scaled down to 1024x768

cheers!



*** forgot to mention that the MB and CPU temps are now in K for that genuine physics feel.

how do you tell xmonad not to draw windows over the dzen bar?

by passing all of your layouts through avoidStruts (XMonad.Hooks.ManageDocks)
