Ok for some reason my profile blocks ntpl and I can't figure out why anyone know why?
Code: | paludis -pi glibc
Building target list...
Building dependency list...
These packages will be installed:
* sys-libs/glibc :2.2 [R 2.5-r4] <target>
Reasons: dev-java/sun-jdk-1.6.0.03:1.6::installed, sys-devel/gcc-4.1.2:4.1::installed, 1 more
-build -debug -glibc-compat20 -glibc-omitfp (-hardened) (-multilib) nls (-nptl) (-nptlonly) -profile (-selinux)
|
Code: | uname -pr
2.6.20-gentoo-r4 Intel(R) Pentium(R) III Mobile CPU 1000MHz |
Code: | eselect profile list
Available profile symlink targets:
[1] default-linux/x86/2006.1
[2] default-linux/x86/no-nptl
[3] default-linux/x86/2006.1/desktop
[4] default-linux/x86/2007.0

In this case, that just means that the USE flag disappeared. |

| paludis doesn't use the profile set by eselect (unless you're using portage configs, but that would have printed a warning IIRC). Check /etc/paludis/repositories/gentoo.conf |
