Hi there
I've just tried to update from 2.6.23-gentoo-r8 to 2.6.23-gentoo-r9 and now when the box tries to load the saa7134 modules at boot time, it's raining i2c errors and finishes in a bloomy:
| Code: | saa7134_tuner_callback + 0x9/0x190
not syncing: fatal exception |
I'm not using the drivers that come with the kernel, but rather the v4l-dvb-hg ebuild.
Any idea what has changed from r8 to r9 and could cause this issue?

| Switching from HG to the drivers that come with the kernel fixed this problem. |
