|
|
Hi,
I've been using torrentflux for some time and never had problems before.
but since emerge -avuD world three days ago it stopped working. apache and php where updated, so the problem should be in one of these packages.
apache was 2.2.6-r7 and is 2.2.8 now. php was 5.2.5-r1 and is 5.2.5_p20080206-r3 now.
I've tried reemergin both but nothing changes.
I can login and see the uploaded torrents but when I start one the filesize goes to zero an the torrent dies.
these are the messages from the torrentflux log:
| Code: | | EeePCLinuxOS_Beta2_1.torrent<br>Die:False, Sharekill:150, MaxUploads:5, DownRate:0, UploadRate:800, Ports:52525-52532, SuperSeed:0, Rerequest Interval:1800 |
and
| Code: | | 'False' '150' '/files/tflux/downloads/.torrents/eeepclinuxos_beta2_1.stat' jakommo --responsefile '/files/tflux/downloads/.torrents/EeePCLinuxOS_Beta2_1.torrent' --display_interval 5 --max_download_ra |
I've searched the apache err log but couldn't find anything related to torrentflux.
anyone having the same problem? any suggestions?
regards
jakommo
EDIT:
I've downgraded php to 5.2.5-r1 and now it's working again.

Hi,
I didn´t rebuild torrentflux because it is not in the portage tree, I installed it manually.
I´ve solved it temporarily by downgrading php.
thanks

i suggest u upgrade to torrentflux-b4rt .
if u need help setting it up, write into this thread. but it should be pretty self-explanatory. it also has a nice installer, which u can use. |

Cool - I've experienced the same. I'll guess it's time for the b4rt version.
Are there any other alternatives to torrentflux? |

Hi slackie,
I'm very happy with the b4rt version, its more comfortable than the normal torrentflux. e.g. you can upload multiple files and also start them with one click.
I don't know any alternatives, but I don't need them any after switching to b4rt. |
