I recently upgrade to the tuxonice-sources-2.6.24-r2 (because I figured it would protect me from the recent vmsplice() security problems). Previously, I had been using suspend2-sources-2.6.22-r2. Suspend to disk and resume both work (after replacing "resume2=/dev/hda3" with "resume=/dev/hda3"), but I used to be able to press "R" while the suspend was in progress to force it to reboot when finished, or "Esc" to cancel the suspend. Neither works anymore. I do have "EnableEscape yes" in /etc/hibernate/suspend2.conf.
These are the version of the packages I have that I think might be relevant:
sys-kernel/tuxonice-sources-2.6.24-r2
sys-apps/tuxonice-userui-0.7.2
sys-power/hibernate-script-1.97-r4
Can anyone help? |
