configuration gentoo 2007.0 with LN10000EG

Hi all,

I have a epia motherboard epia LN10000EG FANLESS MINI ITX, C7 1.0GHz. I have a question for you. I want to install gentoo 2007.0, how can I configure the kernel to have economic power features? Do I need to install a specific software to have economic power features?

Maybe you could check ACPI (Advanced Configuration & Power Interface).

On gentoo-wiki you could take a look at Epia M II and ACPI basic configuration
