After last 'sync' I found that emerge going to merge gentoo-sources. I use suspend2-sources.
Does anyone know why? Can it be an error?

Code:
17:20 1 root@crypt ~ # emerge -uNDtp world

These are the packages that would be merged, in reverse order:

Please put your output of emerge in code tags instead of quote tags so we can really see the dependency tree.

@Ilya.A: you probably have gentoo-sources in your world file from an earlier emerge. Try removing the line from /var/lib/portage/world and run emerge --update world again.

Also, please be aware that suspend2-sources is now named tuxonice-sources.

YES!
I've replaced suspend2-sources with tuxonice-sources and gentoo-sources disappeared from update.
Thanx for help!
