[SOLVED] Setting the startup position of an app

Every time I open an application (SciTE or the terminal emulator) it opens in the top right. Where are the options to make it open in the centre of my screen?

SOLVED: In Fluxbox, open an app, move it to the desired position, then right click on the program titlebar, go to Remember... and choose "Position." There is also a useful option for the "Dimension" of the window. I'm not sure if this sticks after a reboot, but I'll find out soon.
