Have you guys heard about the Linux Gaming Wiki at http://linux.strangegamer.com/ ? I'm not trying to spam or anything (I am an avid Gentoo user and gamer), but it seems like something most linux gamers would like to know about. Full Disclosure: I am an admin at the wiki. |

With some time I think it would be usable.
When I'll have the time I'll probably add there some howto's too because I spent some time in the past just trying to make games work under wine or by searching for Linux binaries and launchers. _________________ How will you notice that you spend too much time programming?

I've already bookmarked the page so the probability about forgeting on it is now pretty low. I guess I'll have plenty of free time in June of this year. I don't even remember how much games I tried to run under Linux.
I remember these that worked and weren't mentioned in howtos on your pages:
- Alien vs Predator (multiplayer not tested)
- Diablo 2 lod (multi working)
- Diable 2 lod Zy-El (multi from v3.8a)
- Doom 3 (quite unexpectable )
- Heroes of Might & Magic 3 wog (multi not tested)
- Homeworld (multi not tested)
- Jurassic Park - Operation Genesis (slow, probably due to configuration issues)
- Rollcage 1 (multi not tested)
- SW Galactic Battlegrounds (slow, probably due to configuration issues, multi not tested)
- SW Jedi Academy (multi not tested)
- Total Annahilation (multi didn't detect protocols however tested in quite an old version of wine)
- Unreal Tournament
I probably tried much more however memory failed me... _________________ How will you notice that you spend too much time programming?

Definitely needs some content but it's a good idea. I guess it's time to contribute some of my writing services _________________ "Your voice is like the sound of sirens to a house on fire..." -The Alkaline Trio |

I need hardly a solution for that issue. I have to play at 865x620 windowed mode to simulate full screen on a screen that is capable of 1650x1240. It's weird. Diablo gets cutted when playing fullscreen. |
