Hey everybody,
My gentoo server has been acting wierd lately. After getting SSH pubkey auth. working, samba doesnt work. It starts up perfectly fine and the logs are clear with no errors.
But when tryin to connect from my macbook or from any Windows computer, it wont let me.
Here is the output of smbclient from my Macbook.
Code: | Anthonys-Macbook:~ Anthony$ smbclient -L //coppermine -U admin
Password:
Domain=[COPPERMINE] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 3.0.24]
Sharename Type Comment
--------- ---- -------
Error returning browse list: NT_STATUS_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED
Domain=[COPPERMINE] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 3.0.24]
Server Comment
--------- -------
Workgroup Master

And here is the output trying to run smbclient from my server.
Code: | admin@coppermine ~ $ smbclient -L //coppermine -U admin
Password:
Domain=[COPPERMINE] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 3.0.24]
Sharename Type Comment
--------- ---- -------
cli_rpc_pipe_open: cli_nt_create failed on pipe \srvsvc to machine coppermine. Error was NT_STATUS_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED
Error returning browse list: NT_STATUS_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED
