heliodor/emerald wont emerge after gnome update [SOLVED]

after updating to gnome 2.20 this morning threw

emerge -uvD world
beryl stopped working so i unmerged then remerged and all went well, emerald wouldnt work so i unmerged then tried to remerge but it wouldnt go threw. so i tried a

revdep-rebuild
and it failed on heliodor for seemingly the same reason as emerald. i tried remerging libxcb, xcb-util, pango, cairo, and gtk+ from suggestions i saw on another thread. heres the error i get..

for a quick hack to get you going, try adding this as line 159 to /usr/include/libwnck-1.0/libwnck/window.h:

#define WNCK_WINDOW_MODAL_DIALOG 127

They took this constant out of the API for wnck, but emerald and heliodor still reference it in main.c. The next ebuilds of emerald and heliodor should have caught up to the new api, then this line will not be needed anymore.

thanks :) works perfectly with emerald-0.2.1, doesnt seem to work with emerald-0.5.2 though.
