Hi readers,
i want to install jamvm on my usbstick. so i tryed to emerge it, but it didnt just install jamvm, but adds a jdk too, which i dont need (too much disk space). So looking at the ebuild i found that the PDEPEND variable requests to aditionally install a jdk. How can i make emerge ignore the PDEPEND variable in an ebuild?
any hints?

| You can't. At best you can ignore all *DEPEND variables with --nodeps. |
