Witam
zainstalowałem sobie Gentoo i przyszedł czas na serwer X oczywiście w dokumentacji znalazłem odpowiedni opis odnośnie konfiguracji X .
dałem :
wyskoczyło do instalacji 114 pakietów więc pomyślałem że to u mnie potrwa kilka h ( i tak było  ) ).
Przyszedł czas na 114 paczuszkę czyli x11-base/xorg-x11-7.2 i wywaliło mi coś takiego ->

w build.log to samo co wyżej może mi ktoś powiedzieć co powinienem zrobić .

IMHO potrzeba Ci gentoolkit.

IMHO to akronim taki, jezeli nie czujesz sie na silach samodzielnego rozwiazania problemu (emerge ladnie napisal co go boli), wklej nam wynik.

Już rozwiązałem ten problem. ( poszedłem za radą kolegi Largo3 zacząłem czytać).
Jak odpaliłem Gentoo to mi wywaliło problem z modułem nvidia (no such device nvidia) i nie załadował modułu . Pomyślałem dlaczego hmm .... Kluczem było to zdanie emerge ->

Zobaczyłem, że u mnie ten katalog nie jest dowiązaniem tylko zwykłym katalogiem a w środku jakieś czerwone błędy z nvidia. Usunąłem ten katalog i dałem polecenie :

i cud zadziałało bez problemu )) wszystko pięknie i ładnie
poten tylko jeszcze raz zainstalowałem sterownik z http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux_display_ia32_1.0-9631.html (1.0-9631 bo mam starego Geforce MMX 400 ) i wszystko hula brakuje mi tylko jakiegoś szybkiego np XFCE .
Sam sobie pomogłem ale zacząłem czytać dokładnie to co wypluwa emerge . Mam ten system od 3 dni.
Czyli najpierw Xorg potem sterowniki od nvidia . |
