is it possible to automate ffmpeg to convert every file in a directory using roughly the same options and have all of them dumped into another directory? been searching around the web for this one, and no luck so far.
Any help would be appreciated.
-Thank you |

following script should do that when executed in the directory
of course you'll need to modify it for correct directory path and ffmpeg options
and I didn't test it so try it with some non-importat files first just in case ;)
Code: | #!/bin/bash
for i in *; do
echo converting $i
ffmpeg -options $i $i.out
mv $i.out /dump/dir/$i
done |
