Tengo un problemita con el splash ..
Cuando carga al principio de todo los modulos se empieza a superponer con la carga de los modulos
aqui el video http://rapidshare.com/files/260727488/Gentoo.3gp.html Si les parece pertinente que cambie la calidad del video veo que puedo hacer 
Hice varias cosas y ninguna funciono (todas las cosas que hice estan en el grub.conf que paso a detallar)

y me dijeron que habra un tema asi que abri un tema  !

Que tal si pruebas booteando con la opción kdgraphics, no he visto tu video -por el formato- pero funcionó para mi en un PC donde el log se superponía a la imagen luego de unos segundos..
