equery belongs /usr/lib64/libXft.so.1.1

If it doesn't belong to any package, then remove it. You can back it up if you like.

If it belongs to something, then see what depends on it:

equery depends =x11-libs/libXft-{version listed}

It's likely some stale files, and safe to remove.
