Hi!
I can only tell you that the same is happening to me, I haven't done anything to perl, so I guess it might be a problem with the current portage tree.

i'm getting the same problem as well. it came as a result of upgrading to the latest version of portage, and i then ran the 'regenworld' script. did you run this script too? maybe that's the problem. |

my problems started after a sync process, the last packages I emerged were esound and shorewall.
I didn't run regenworld before that.
I'm pretty sure a developer deleted perl-post.eclass by accident, because if you do
Code: | touch /usr/portage/eclass/perl-post.eclass |
then the error is gone (of course you would need the correct file to have everything work againg)
Update: it seems that the portage has been corrected, everything is fine again _________________ I emerge therefore I am |

Version en castellano:
Por si a alguien le pasa lo mismo, he abierto un thread de discusion en el foro de "portage & programming", donde supongo que algun experto en portage podra asesorarnos sobre el problema
Siento el "crossposting"
English version:
If someone has the same problem, I've started a thread at the "portage & programming" forum. I hope that the thread will be read by any portage expert, and he/she will be able to help us with this problem.
Sorry for crossposting.
