Sorry, I misread your original post. I thought you were making fun of the missing GWNs for July 30 and Aug 6. |

Thanks anyway... and let's see GWN back UUPP!
UPDATE: I can't subscribe again because I'm already subscribed... I'm guessing where my last 2 GWN ended up?!?!?! _________________ Linux User #152393 |

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. Ezmlm says I'm subscribed, but I haven't received a newsletter since May 10. |

please send a message to gwn-feedback@gentoo.org detailing the problem. we have new staff working on the gwn and it's possible they might have forgotten to post it to the ml. _________________ by design, by neglect

Here's an idea for a GWN article: Periodically, say every 6 months or so, go through new use flags, deprecated use flags and new variables such as ALSA-CARDS or CAMERAS. I don't like to update very often anymore so I have to shift through the emerge log to find out about new features and such. People update when they want but those who do so less often would benefit from this. I could even time my updates to occur after such articles. _________________ Everything can be done.
