I have apache2 and vsftpd running on a gentoo box.
my htdocs is currently chmod'd to 770. The problem i'm having is whenever i upload a file/folder through ftp, it doesn't retain the parent directories permissions, and therefore isn't readable through a webbrowser. I'm not really sure what you guys might need to see so just ask for it and i'll get it and post it.
Thank you ahead of time and have a wonderful evening! |
