Hello, im completly new to VMware/gentoo and having a few problems.
My script directory is C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\VMware\zisofs\usr\share\irssi\scripts
Im trying to load a theme and a few scripts.
i type /script load theme.pl
and it says file to found
So i then typed C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\VMware\zisofs\usr\share\irssi\scripts\theme.pl
and still the same message.
Please can some one explain what im doing wrong.
I was told to type mkdir ~/.irssi/scripts
any help would be great cheers |

Have you tried creating that directory ?

~/.irssi/scripts ?

That's where irssi will look for its scripts. There may be a problem with
the spaces in your path which is why it's giving you an error when you
try and load the script from c:\Doc....
Perhaps if we had a little more information on your setup and what you
are trying to do we could help a little more...
