Hi,

quite some time ago I bought an AverTV DVB-T USB2.0 device. I had quite some trouble with it until I recently tried VDR. I wrote a blog entry with my experiences I made in general with digital television and in particular with the AverTV DVB-T A800 receiver. The instructions are Gentoo specific that's why I'm posting it here:
