kdenlive doesn't support quicktime?

I just compiled kdenlive, and went to add a clip, which happens to be a .mov quicktime file. I have "All supported files" selected but it doesn't list the .mov files. I compiled it with quicktime support...what am I missing here?

Same problem here with gentoo 64bit. In ubuntu 32bit I can import .mov.
Is there anybody able to import .mov with kdenlive under gentoo ?
