|
|
Hi there,
I have conky up and running. Only I can not scan the battery.
I give ${pb_battery time} eg., and I have ${pb_battery} on the screen.
On the other hand it seems that powerprefs also has problems with warning when battery is low.
What should I check?
I have a TiBook 2001 march. piece, with 8mb ATI card. (1152*768 screen). _________________ Quis custodiet ipsos, custodes?

Conky also says>
No APM support in BIOS or kernel.
As far as I know I have enabled it in the kernel.... _________________ Quis custodiet ipsos, custodes? |

I have restarted.
APM message is not there anymore.
I have upgraded to conky 1.4.5. Now the stuff in {} has disappeared, but nothing is shown.
Maybe it is an issue with lm_sensors? I have 2.10.1. installed.
When I ran its init script (sensors-detect) it froze at pmu1 - trying some module.
At boot it fails to load. Do they have something connection? Should i post the log? _________________ Quis custodiet ipsos, custodes? |

Now, it seems all is ok.
So> no APM and no lm_sensors has anything to do with it.
Maybe the upgrade only.
