|
Alright, giFT was working fine. And then I must have done something and now I get this message when starting giFT:
| Code: | | giFT: error while loading shared libraries: libMagick-5.5.5-Q16.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory | .
So I tried running emerge gift-cvs to "relink" any things that might have been broken and get this error:
| Code: |
root@localhost gift-cvs # emerge gift-cvs
Calculating dependencies ...done!
>>> emerge (1 of 1) net-p2p/gift-cvs-0.10.0 to /

I'm really anxious to get that fasttrack and gnutella plugins working so I'd appreciate any help.

It appears that I can't connect to the cvs server? And maybe coincedentally, the news section of thier homepage looks gone. I'll try again tomorrow and hopefully it works then. |

So I recently tried running giFTcurs but things weren't working to well. Searching revealed no results. Then, when I quite I get:
| Quote: | 9 nodes have reported a more recent OpenFT revision than you are currently using.
You are STRONGLY advised to update your node as soon as possible. See http://www
.giftproject.org/ for more details.

What's up? Other than the obvious "You need a newer version", does anyone know when new ebuilds will be available? I'm running giFT 0.10 and giFTcurs 0.57. |
