Only sound - no images - in Flash Player

Small problem. Whenever I attempt to view any Flash file, I only hear the audio, but do not get any visuals. This only happens when the Flash file is embedded into a webpage, but not when I load the Flash (.swf) file directly in the browser.

I have tried it on Firefox 1.5 and 2.0, using Flash version 7 and 9, and have the same problem every time.

I am using 64-bit on AMD-64. Any idea of what's going wrong?
