Hi,

I have some trouble regarding printing in the vim editor.

1) When I type ":hardcopy" it says "Failed to print PostScript file" although I have a PS-compatible printer and cups/gs is working fine in other applications (firefox, oo.org, ...). I guess I need to tweak something somewhere in the vim configuration but I have no idea where and what and google/man didn't help either... I'm using vim-7.0.17 and unicode (don't know if this helps). Anyone give me a hint ;)?

2) Is there a way I can display a "print range side line"? You know, that line on the right side which, in some editors, indicates where the printer would cut the line... Here's a picture what I mean in the likely case my explanation wasn't that clear ;): http://img266.imageshack.us/my.php?image=sideline6ff.jpg

cu :)
