J'ai fait le necessaire il y a quelque temps pour prendre en charge mon graveur (avec k3b).
Depuis j'ai un probleme : hdparm ne reconnait plus mon lecteur de cdrom ni le graveur (mais cela ne me choque pas).
Je suppose que cela vien du fait qu'il considere mon lecteur de CD comme un lecteur scsi.
Comment faire pour que le lecteur soit considéré comme un peripherique IDE
Parce que sans hdparm -d1 -X67 sans rame ! |

pour que ton graveur ide marche il doit être considérer comme un disque scsi mais si tu veux qu'il ne le soit plus.
Monte la partition hdax ou x est la partition ou est installer grub et modifie le fichier grube.conf ou menu.lst. supprime la partie hdx=ide-scsi (ou x est ton graveur) |

c'est mon lecteur de CDROM que je veu plus voir considere comme un peripherique scsi.
pour info je n'ai pas hdx=ide-scsi et mon graveur marche tres bien ! |

Si ton cdrom ide est considéré comme scsi
il apparaitra comme tel dans /proc/scsi
et dans dmesg. Idem pour ton graveur ide.
Moi aussi mon cdrom ide et mon graveur ide
ne sont pas reconnuent par hdparm et c'est ok.
Idées:
Options de configurations noyau/cdrom ide manquantes?
Dans onglet IDE,ATA and ATAPI Block devides
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDECD (oui ou m) <-------------***
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDESCSI (oui ou m -pour graveur ide)
(autres options intéressantes dans cet onglet)
Onglet ...filesystems...
CONFIG_ISO9660_FS (oui ou m) <-------------***

c'est à peu pret ca !
j'avais retiré l'otion cdrom ide dans le noyau donc tous les lecteurs de cd etaient gerés en scsi
c'est reglé maintenant

To enable DMA on SCSI-emulated devices you can tweak the setting in /proc:
| Code: | | # echo "using_dma:1" > /proc/ide/hdc/settings |
Assuming 'hdc' is the SCSI-emulated device you want with DMA on. You can put the command in '/etc/conf.d/local.start' to have it executed at boot automatically.
