Like the topic says, opera close itself when loading java applet

Opera 9.02 . Build 434 for Linux. Qt library 3.3.6.

try upgrading your java package, also could you post the contents of the log file that the VM generates. |

oh, ya, sorry, forgat that 1.5.08 is the most recent stable java.
Um, the log file I was refering to is the error report file "hs_err_pid14160.log" or whatever that is mentioned in the terminal output that you posted. |

For me it fails for example on http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~lambert/java/3d/hull.html
Fails both with 1.5.0.10 and 1.4.2.13. There were no problems with 9.02. It doesn't matter if I have USE="qt-static" or not.

Sometimes the problematic frame is one of the opera frames. In konqueror everything is all right, besides everything worked in opera-9.02, so I don't think it's QT issue. I'll try to rebuild it anyway.
