I did change over to a non-festive avatar, but I slipped back (in a Ninja like fashion) a few days ago. |

I've been watching the making of documentaries for the first lord of the rings. I've watched this before when the dvd first came out, but, yeah, I've got a day to kill. Really amazing stuff.

I was just thinking the other day that I missed having John-Boy around. _________________ "I cannot support a movement that exploded spending and borrowing and blames its successor for the debt."

I try and reply to this thread on the 1st of December, because today is the day I put up my christmas tree. I was just looking on the wikipedia, and apparently this is an australia/new zealand tradition. It coincides with the first day of summer. _________________ Jesus Could Be Their Candidate and the Republicans Would Still Lose |

Sugar, why does it matter? I'm an atheist, my wife is a non-theist as well, but we do Christmas because it's a lovely holiday. _________________ If I had a dollar for every time capitalism was blamed for the problems caused by government, I'd be a fat filmmaker with a baseball cap |

| The Earth wrote: | | Sugar, why does it matter? | It mattered because he had said that he "refused to celebrate christmas", and putting up a tree and buying stuff sounded like he did.
It was just something that didn't make sense at the time. Probably just something he said in agnostic fervour.
Celebrate whatever you want to. No skin off my nose.
