hey!
I have a loong *.wav file that i want to cut just some short part out of it. I used to do that with Adobe Premiere...
Is there any (professional) software for linux to do that?

audacity should be able to cut/edit a wav file just fine. |

don't know about the others but audacity does it job really fine. i'm using it myself to cut files up to serveral hours, haven't had a single problem with it.
btw: audacity is available for mac and windows, too. |
