GLSAs and vanilla-sources

Hello,
are vanilla-sources covered by GLSAs? I can't find more recent GLSAs about *-sources than from 2004. I am not sure if there were some vulnerabilities during last 2 years, but I'd guess they were. Can you tell me some statement about this?

Kernels do not have GLSAs issued for vulnerabilites.
