no offence guys, but this has been said over and over again... only one report per spammy-user is needed.

My bad. I don't follow the feedback forum beyond hitting the 'report' button.

so you don't even remember whom you've reported already just a few minutes before? -- think4urs11

As I said, I don't follow the feedback forum beyond hitting the 'report' button. So I've never read that 'only one report per spammer is needed'. My memory is fine. -- aidanjt

Did you not read what I said?..

How many times do I need to repeat myself?

Also, you don't need to get all emotional when someone breaks a convention they didn't know about. Jesus.

Before this escalates to the "handbags at dawn" stage:

AidanJT raises the interesting point that some users do not read GFF beyond this thread. To give people one more thing not to read, I've amended the reports topic to include advice on spam reports.

Great idea.

Can we delete all this now?

bunder is not logged in to read the outcome so I'll just split this to its own thread.

i'm not going to get into a fight here, but you've posted in at least 10 topics in GFF, so don't give me that "i don't use GFF" BS.

the OP of the dupe-report thread contains two of your posts, and the comments that timeBandit added (back) to the report-thread (it was there before the thread got purged) were also in that thread, in some form or another.

for your convenience, i will repost it here.

I suspect a lot of people overlook the "Report this user" feature.

A suggestion to all, when you want to report a spam post:
1. Click the Profile button at the bottom of the post.
2. Check the link at the right margin, just above the profile box. If it reads "This user has been reported," you can stop. If it reads "Report this user," use it. :)

For the love of God... More than half of those 'posts' are actually reports split for whatever reason. The other half are bug reports. 23 'posts' (including this thread, and split report threads) in almost 5 years is hardly 'using' a forum.

Now, have I now explained this well enough for you to understand, or do I need to translate to a language you can understand?

Funny, I was thinking the same thing. Are you done with getting your knickers in a twist over a simple misunderstanding?

You'd think I killed your dog or something ffs.
