[SOLVED]mouse goes crazy until I press cntrl alt del

Hi.
My mouse goes crazy until I press cntr + alt + del.
It is a PS/2 mouse.
This is dmesg output:

psmouse.c: resync failed, issuing reconnect request
psmouse.c: bad data from KBC - bad parity
psmouse.c: Wheel Mouse at isa0060/serio1/input0 lost synchronization, throwing 3 bytes away.

I have fixed it by passing psmouse.rate=150 to kernel. Seems to work fine.
