Cacti : Graph apache2, eacellerator, hddtemp en lm_sensors ?

I'm looking for as way to make Cacti create graphs fpr some data of the local system.
I would like to add stats/graphs about apache, eacellerator, hddtemp and lm_sensors.

Sadly i have googled my eyes out but to no avail..
