fonts are way too big in gtk apps

Hi,

My fonts are enormous in all gtk apps like Firefox and Eclipse and so on. I followed the font guide and it seemed to give me more reasonable sized fonts once, but now it is back to being huge and I haven't changed anything.

Where should I start looking to figure out the problem?

Can you try emerging gtk-chtheme and seeing if its font setting will work? Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.
