Ciao a tutti,
ho un problema di autenticazione su apache.. ho installato nagios seguendo questa guida:
http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Install_Nagios
Sembra funzionare tutto se non che non mi autentica....
Se faccio http://server/nagios mi richiede l'autenticazione, io inserisco user e pass (creati come da guida) ma nulla.. mi restituisce la stessa finestra...
insomma non riesco a autenticarmi....
Come posso risolvere ?

Controlla i log di apache (di default sotto /var/log/apache) per capire cosa succede

vedi che il file deve essere

e non

se guardi piu sotto c'e il file giusto con i relativi permessi |

Controlla anche i permessi delle directory che lo contengono: se apache non può entrare nella directory non può leggere il file neanche se ha i permessi di lettura...
