Hello,
I did a first test with gentoo on an old Ultra Sparc 10.
It has an SCSI card LSI22802 (symbios Logic 22802). During installtion I can not find any driver for the card. What should I do?
After installing I can not see any way to mount a drive because /dev/scsi/ is empty and I do not know how I can get this card to work.
Thanks

The 22802 is HVD so you better be careful what you plug into it since it can break.
Basically it's the same driver as the 22801 which is prolly the card you want.
HVD can't be mixed with LVD/SE, won't work, and, again HVD devices may break LVD/SE devices if plugged together because of the added voltage. _________________ Gustavo Zacarias
