To reduce the amount of offtopic posting in All Things Gentoo, perhaps it should be moved down to just above General Linux. That way, people see specific categories (graphical, installation, hardware, etc.) before general ones (Gentoo, non-Gentoo)... personally, I think that would relieve some of the issues there.
